Who we are

ANIL SIVAKUMARAN Director

Anil is a graduate of IIT Bombay ( B.Tech, Engineering Physics) and a linguist by training with structural knowledge of over 18 languages and current working or native fluency in 8. On graduation, Anil had calls from all IIMs, but decided to pursue his interests in cutting edge theory, going on to complete Masters degrees in astrophysics and linguistics from the State University of New York, Stonybrook (full scholarship) and Rutgers University(Graduate Fellowship) respectively. Anil has over fifteen years of international experience as a trainer as well as manager in American, Indian and German companies building large teams of young talent from a variety of streams - engineering, languages, arts, science, commerce and law. In addition to his work in operations and process training in the BPO/KPO domain, his primary passion is development of young professionals and leaders through mentoring and application of insights from western psychology like Jung’s personality typology as well as Eastern philosophical systems like Buddhism. As a visiting faculty, Anil has been doing language teaching, student counseling and mentoring at various institutes in Pune.
